Because each item is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, change-of-mind purchases, or ordering the wrong item.
We kindly ask that you review the size chart, product details, shipping address, and order information carefully before placing your order so we can help make sure everything is right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen, so we offer a 24-hour grace period after purchase for order changes or cancellations whenever possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled because it is being made specifically for you.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
We always want you to feel taken care of. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once we review and verify the problem, we’ll gladly work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please note that issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can properly review the order and work with our production partner if needed.
